Customer Relationship Management
Leapfrog Technology Group has been designing, deploying and customizing Microsoft CRM since version 1.0 of the product. Desktop and Server Deployment

Through our successful implementations, our clients systems are reliable, up to date and healthy. Our network monitoring solution starts at $199 per month for your entire network environment. We do our best to find the problems and to proactively correct them, before your end users are even aware that there is a problem. We create weekly reports showing you the status and health of your network environment.
Application Management
Leapfrog Technology Group has the knowledge, skills, and experience with application packaging and automated software deployment to create an environment of stable and available applications. We leverage Wise Package Studio and Flexera (formerly InstallShield) Admin Studio to create Windows installer packages (MSI) to deploy during your Windows 7 migration, as well as your XP or Vista environments, if necessary.
Virtualization
Leapfrog Technology Group leverages virtual server solutions to implement a more dynamic and capable information technology environment with fewer physical machines using Microsoft Virtual Server, Hyper-V, and Virtual Machine Manager (VMM). Today, most server hardware is underused, yet many organizations continue to use a new physical server for each new technology. Microsoft Virtual Server and Hyper-V allows your organization to utilize more technologies without the additional cost of server hardware. Leapfrog works with our clients to develop a highly scalable and highly availability virtual environment leveraging Windows Server Hyper-V and Virtual Machine Manager.
