Company History

A Gold Certified Microsoft Partner with competencies in Network Architecture and Advanced Network Infrastructures. Founded over ten years ago, by two senior Information Technology professionals with over 38 years combined experience, successfully meeting the challenges of small and mid-sized businesses. While working at previous Fortune 100 organizations, they encountered many consulting firms, however very few were positioned to satisfy the special needs of the small and mid-sized market.

Leapfrog Technology Group combines technical and management consulting to enable small and medium size organizations to realize greater value from their information technology investments. We work closely with clients to develop an understanding of their unique business needs in order to provide highly customized strategies and solutions that optimize this investment.

We focus on these special needs, offering outstanding professional resources and flexible, affordable solutions. Leapfrog’s core competencies are designing and implementing Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, System Center, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, SharePoint Server, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Citrix and Novell solutions.

Managing Partner & Sr. Network Engineer

Ms. Hirsekorn has held management positions for many small and large businesses over the past 15 years, focusing on desktop and server management technologies. Ms. Hirsekorn oversees day to day operations for Leapfrog’s managed services, consulting and training practices.

Support Team Members

Leapfrog’s support team is responsible for our clients’ daily help desk, network administration, remote monitoring, server and desktop support. All support engineers are vendor certified and leverage best practices with many advanced software and hardware technologies. Microsoft CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is utilized to maximize support staff efficiency and to aid in effective communication to our clients

Leapfrog’s network architecture, network design and network operations team is made up of vendor certified professionals with elite expertise in advanced network infrastructure technologies including Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Systems Center Configuration Manager, Clustering, HyperV Virtualization, VMWare, Citrix Metaframe, Citrix XenApp, Novell and more. Leapfrog’s has completed network design, implementation, and migrations of hundreds of large enterprise environments, many spread across the globe.
